This was a friendly UX / UI design, 100% RWD smartphone first structure website and app built for a private medical institution that offers home care medical visit and attention, laboratory, health care physiotherapy, ambulance transportation among it's basic services to patients.

Customized template design and layout of all elements for the different processes involved whenever reserving or requesting any service, UX / UI navigation, lightbox modal online services forms, contact section, general layout of important and relevant information.

The main purpose was to build a services field in which anyone could solicit for and make the reservation online via email. Completely responsive and adapted to almost any device using internet navigation this represents one of our latest modern website building projects.
